<p><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS</strong></p> <p>Select &quot;START NEW REQUEST &quot; at the bottom of this page and then &quot; IDENTIFICATION&quot;</p> <ul> <li>For the identification enter the UniMi credentials (@ xxx.unimi.it) issued by the University authentication system (CAS)</li> <li>If you do not have these credentials, register to the system (&quot;REGISTER TO THE PORTAL AS AN EXTERNAL USER&quot;), clicking <a href="https://registrazione.unimi.it/reg_utenti_esterni/ENG/registrazione/form.html" target="_blank"> here </a>. From the following access use the credentials chosen during the registration to the system.</li> </ul> <p>Fill in all sections except those marked OPTIONAL. <strong>Always click</strong> on the <strong>Save and continue</strong> button.</p> <p>Once <strong>completed</strong>, you can <strong>view</strong> and <strong>print</strong> a <strong>summary</strong> of the data and proceed with the automatic forwarding to the competent office.</p> <p>The system will send two communications to the institutional email address indicated in this form:</p> <ol> <li>notification of submission of the application</li> <li>communication of registration number.</li> </ol> <p>Attention: since these communications may be filtered by your email provider or flow into your spam box, please check this box as well.</p> <p><strong>&ldquo;My requests&rdquo;:</strong> in case of pending application, you can access again the link indicated in the notice and enter this section, where you will be asked to enter your institutional email address, select the CAS option and enter your university credentials. The procedure will present the application(s) not forwarded and will offer the possibility to delete/resume them.</p> <p><strong>ATTENTION</strong>: <strong><u>mandatorily attach</u> the following documents, in pdf / A format:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Copy of a valid identity document (PDF/A format; max 5 MB)</li> </ol> <p>Students may&nbsp;attach even this documents:</p> <ol> <li>Scholastich and University qualifications and transcripts(preferably in Italian or English(PDF/A format; max 5 MB)</li> <li>Italian Language Certification&nbsp;(PDF/A format; max 5 MB)</li> <li>Residence permit (PDF/A format; max 5 MB)</li> </ol> <p><strong>N.B: in the Validation section, upload the scanned PDF of the <u>entire</u> application printed and signed along with a valid identity document. </strong><strong>Holding a passport is strongly recommended.</strong></p>
