STUDENTS OFFICE: documents submission to complete enrolment in bachelor's and single-cycle degree programmes - students with foreign qualifications

PLEASE NOTE

To access the platform for the first time click on "INIZIA NUOVA RICHIESTA" or "START NEW REQUEST". Then, click on "IDENTIFICATI" and choose "Registrati al portale come utente esterno", following the instructions. 

For the following logins, you can access using username and password already registered, choosing "Utente esterno" as "Tipo utente".

To view your own request, please click on "LOGIN TO YOUR REQUEST" or "ACCEDI ALLE TUE RICHIESTE", then "IDENTIFICATI" and use the choosed username and password.

The form’s instructions are available in Italian or English language: please switch to the preferred version using the Italian or UK flag in the right top corner of the web page.

Once completed the form, it will be possible to view and print a summary of all the data and proceed to the automatic forwarding to the office in charge. The platform will send the following two communications to the e-mail address indicated in the form:

  1. Notice of correct forwarding of the request
  2. Communication of the registration number of the request

Enrolment in a Bachelor or Single-cycle degree programme:

  • receipt of the online enrolment request (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • receipt of the enrolment fee payment (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • high school diploma, translated into Italian, legalized by the authorities of the country issuing the degree (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • on-site Declaration of Value issued by the Italian Embassy in the country where the diploma has been obtained or validity certificate issued by ENIC-NARIC centers or by diplomatic representations in Italy (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • University enrolment certificate with the list of exams taken or post-secondary qualification obtained in a non-university higher institute or foundation course certificate if the local system contemplates less than 12 years of schooling (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • academic suitability certificate if provided in the Country of origin (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • valid residence permit (only for non-EU citizens);
  • fiscal code (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • identity document (requested in the last step of this form).

In addition to these documents, non-EU students residing abroad have to deliver also:

  • Universitaly pre-application form (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • request for a residence permit (PDF; max 5 MB)
  • study Visa (PDF; max 5 MB);
  • any certificates of competence in Italian (PDF; max 5 MB).

The high school diploma and university degree/certificates are also accepted in French, English, German and Spanish (unless otherwise indicated for individual programmes). The certified translation of the university degree and the related on-site Declaration of Value/statement of validity can be replaced by the Diploma Supplement issued by the universities of countries belonging to the European Higher Education Area.
