APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Select "START NEW REQUEST " at the bottom of this page and then " IDENTIFICATION"

• For the identification enter the UniMi credentials (@ xxx.unimi.it) issued by the University authentication system (CAS)
• If you do not have these credentials, register to the system ("REGISTER TO THE PORTAL AS AN EXTERNAL USER"), clicking here . From the following access use the credentials chosen during the registration to the system.

Fill in all sections. Always click on the Save and continue button.

The form’s instructions are available in Italian or English language: please switch to the preferred version using the Italian or UK flag in the right top corner of the web page.

Once completed the form, it will be possible to view and print a summary of all the data and proceed to the automatic forwarding to the office in charge. The platform will send the following two communications to the e-mail address indicated in the form:

1. Notice of correct forwarding of the request
2. Communication of the registration number of the request

 Please consider that these e-mails could end up in your spam folder.

ATTACHMENTS: please consider that during the online application it is necessary to upload the documents listed here. They must be uploaded in pdf format and cannot exceed 30MB.

Before sending the application for the validation of a foreign degree it is advisable to write to international.students@unimi.it.

Obtaining equivalence is not a foregone conclusion of the procedure, as equivalence presupposes a perfect overlap of content and study load between the two degree courses. If this overlap is not perfect, the candidate will be required to take some exams in order to obtain the Italian degree.
